Peridot is a crystal gemstone that was created in a fiery pit of lava millions of years ago. Peridot is especially good for chakra healing and balancing energy. The green crystal energy is used to resolve blockages and to re-balance the heart chakra, which in turn, helps us to understand our own individual needs more clearly. Peridot, created from the intense inferno of volcanoes is said to be a gift from mother nature and is considered by experts, as a symbol of the annual renewal of the planet.

It is the August birthstone (Leo/Virgo) which symbolises strength and vitality that can also have a calming effect which helps to reduce anxiety. Vibrates to the numbers 5, 6, and 7.
